Henry Beeland started Evergreen Team Concepts based on a belief that innovative success stems from self-directed creation, collaboration, and openness. Evergreen Team Concepts fosters and rewards creativity, individual initiative, and interactive participation.

Our guiding principles – also known as our “Core Values”– steer Evergreen Team Concepts’ mission to help people realize their full potential. These principles involve leadership, innovation, creativity and compassion which moves and unites our team as one solid body.

The Evergreen Team Concepts' cornerstone is our core values. The cornerstone concept is derived from the first stone set in the construction of a foundation. This is important since all other stones will be set in reference to this stone, thus determining the position of the entire edifice which is our organization.
