The Certificate Program
The Certificate Program is based on
core competencies identified by managers and supervisors throughout the United
States. The complete Certificate Program
consists of six, one-day facilitative learning modules with followed by a
one-day application module. Each module
addresses one of the defined competencies and is designed to be highly
interactive.
The Application Module
The application module is a one-day,
skills application workshop designed to follow the instructional competency
module. As Robert Pike stated, “Learning has not taken place until behaviors
have changed.” It is in the application
module that participants are given opportunity to apply key concepts learned in
the competency module to work related scenarios and experiences.
